Heather Cromwell has extensive experience in service support and management across various industries. Currently serving as Service Support Manager at Flexential since May 2019, Heather has previously held roles including Service Support Supervisor and Technical Assistance Associate within the same company. Prior to Flexential, Heather worked as Assistant Store Manager at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh and Lane Bryant Outlet, where responsibilities included employee management and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes a Data Center Technician position at Flexential and a Backroom Team Member role at Target. Heather holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Walden University and has earned a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University Global.
