Ridgell also holds several additional certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level from Beyond 20, MTA: Security Fundamentals, MTA Operating System Fundamentals, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA A+, MCP, and MTA-Networking Fundamentals, all obtained in 2014. James'scertification in Microsoft Office Project 2007 from Microstaff IT was acquired in 2010.
