Jennifer Ulferts

Jennifer Ulferts has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Jennifer currently works at Flexential as an Account Executive since September 2020. Before that, they worked at Hitachi Vantara as a Global Customer Success Manager, where they focused on providing exceptional customer experiences and strategic planning from March 2019 to April 2020. Prior to Hitachi Vantara, Jennifer worked at Peak 10 + ViaWest as an Enterprise Account Manager, managing customer relationships and developing custom IT solutions from February 2017 to March 2019. Jennifer also held the position of Channel Sales Manager at Arrow Electronics from July 2015 to February 2017, where they focused on strategic management and business planning. In addition, they worked at VCE as an Account Manager from June 2014 to July 2015, and at Oracle as a Fusion Middleware Account Manager and an Account Representative from June 2012 to June 2014. Jennifer's earliest work experience was at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where they served as a Student Insurance Coordinator from July 2008 to March 2012, overseeing office operations and sales of student health insurance while supporting the Executive Director of Health Services.

Jennifer Ulferts obtained their Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. In addition, they hold a certification in ITIL from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
