Joe Ratcliff

Joe Ratcliff has a diverse work experience in the field of critical infrastructure and data center management. Joe is currently working as a Critical Infrastructure Manager at Flexential since July 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Center Engineer at ViaWest from July 2016 to June 2018. From July 2015 to July 2016, they worked as an Operations Engineer at Level 3 Communications. Before that, they served as a Critical Infrastructure Technician at Level 3 Communications from May 2013 to July 2015 and as a Facilities Technician II from April 2012 to May 2013. Beginning their career, they worked as a Service Foreman-HVAC/R at Johnson Controls from September 2008 to April 2012. Joe also has experience as a Journeyman Service Mechanic at Legacy Mechanical from February 2008 to September 2008 and at Johnson Controls from September 2005 to February 2008.

Joe Ratcliff completed a Pipefitters Apprenticeship from 2001 to 2004, earning the highest honors. Prior to that, they attended Red Rocks Community College from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained an Associates degree in HVAC.
