Managed Network Operations Engineer at Flexential

Keith Fogle's work experience begins in 2013 at South Carolina State University, where they worked as an Information Resource Coordinator I. In this role, they were responsible for managing user accounts, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and resolving basic network problems. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Network Administrator at the same university, where they installed and configured network equipment, managed the campus area, and served as a project manager for the implementation of Aruba wireless.

In 2019, Keith joined Flexential as an Incident Response Analyst I. In this role, they worked in the Service Support department, acting as a single point of contact for customer requests and providing network support. Keith supported various products, such as Cisco routers and switches, Fortinet firewalls, and Juniper SSGs. In 2020, they were promoted to Incident Response Analyst II, where they provided superior customer experience through troubleshooting, monitoring, and proactive incident resolution for Flexential's customers.

In 2021, Keith became a Platform Systems Engineer at Flexential, responsible for managing and monitoring all managed installed systems and infrastructure for the organization. Keith ensured high availability of systems and infrastructure, maintained security and backup strategies, and implemented redundancy measures.

Most recently, in 2022, Keith took on the role of Managed Network Operations Engineer at Flexential, where they continue to contribute to the organization's success.

Keith Fogle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from South Carolina State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Keith has obtained several certifications in the field of IT and networking. Keith acquired the CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA in May 2019, the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in October 2019, and the Zerto Certified Professional Enterprise Engineer certification from Zerto in December 2019. Keith also obtained the NSE 3 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet in December 2019, and the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco in February 2020. Keith'smost recent certification is the Kemp Certified Technical Professional from Kemp, obtained in May 2021.
