Lauren Keller has a diverse work experience spanning over the past 15 years. Lauren started their career at Best Buy in 2007 as a Senior Sales Associate/Team Lead, where they excelled in a fast-paced retail environment and demonstrated strong selling and customer service skills. In 2010, they joined Geek Squad as a Counter Intelligence Agent, where they utilized critical thinking skills to diagnose and repair software and hardware problems for various electronic devices. Lauren also supported peers in utilizing Geek Squad resources to meet client tech needs. In 2012, they joined Flexential as a Support Technician, responsible for monitoring and controlling a 60,000 square foot facility, assisting customers with requests, and handling disaster situations. Lauren progressed within the company and took on roles such as Senior Project Manager and currently serves as a Technical Account Manager, leveraging their understanding of technical solutions to deliver top-notch service to clients.

Lauren Keller obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Lauren completed their degree from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, in October 2016, Lauren Keller obtained two additional certifications: ITILv3 Foundation from ACQUIROS, Inc. and Service Management Advocate from the same institution.
