Matt Gleason

Matt Gleason's work experience includes a role as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Flexential since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Carrier Corporation from 2006 to 2018, with roles including Senior Financial Analyst (Special Projects), Regional Finance Manager & Ethics Liaison, Regional Financial Analyst, Manager of the Regional Processing Center, and Business Coordinator of the Regional Processing Center. In these roles, they streamlined financial processes, co-led various projects, managed a department and automated processes using VBA. Matt also provided guidance on ethics and policies and managed and grew an $85M region.

Matt Gleason obtained their AA degree in Computer Information Systems from San Joaquin Delta College in 2006. Following this, they pursued further education at California State University-Sacramento from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting Information Systems.
