Megan Fine

Megan leads Flexential’s legal practices as General Counsel (GC), managing day-to-day legal strategy to ensure maximum efficiency. She spearheads the creation and management of the legal team that helps drive adoption for our FlexAnywhere™ platform and deliver on meeting customer needs for business agility.

Megan has 14 years of legal experience in the technology industry, previously serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ServiceSource, acquired by Concentrix. Before ServiceSource, Megan worked as General Counsel at Peak 10 + ViaWest, prior to the combined company’s rebranding as Flexential. Her early career also included roles such as Assistant General Counsel at LendingTree, and time spent in private practice.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington and a law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
