Nathan Rose

Nathan Rose has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Nathan is currently working at Flexential as the Director of Development, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Flexential from September 2021 to the present. From June 2019 to September 2021, Nathan worked as a Software Development Manager at Flexential.

Before joining Flexential, Nathan held the position of Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Vertafore from May 2017 to June 2019. Preceding their time at Vertafore, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Healthgrades from August 2015 to May 2017. Nathan also worked as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Reed Group from March 2014 to August 2015, where they were responsible for architecture, design, and coding of multiple UIs. Additionally, they led a team of UI developers and provided mentoring and career growth opportunities.

Nathan's earlier experiences include roles at various companies such as Black Knight Financial Services Data & Analytics as a Software Engineering Contractor, Convercent as a Senior Software Engineer, Level 3 Communications as a Software Engineer Principal, and Amadeus Consulting as a Customer Support Manager. Nathan also served as a Senior Software Engineer at ShopVisible, LLC and Bridgeline.

Throughout their career, Nathan has showcased their expertise in software engineering, leadership, team management, and development.

Nathan Rose began their education in 1998 at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied Computer Science. Nathan attended the university from 1998 to 2001 but did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2005, Nathan enrolled in Colorado Technical University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. Nathan completed their degree in 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Nathan Rose has also obtained certifications. In April 2011, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. Later, in May 2023, they acquired the Certified SAFe 6 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
