Paul Szurek

Paul Szurek is an experienced REIT and datacenter executive currently serving as President, CEO, and Director at CoreSite, as well as an Independent Director at Flexential. From 2010 to 2022, Paul held the role of President and CEO at Coresite Realty Corporation, and prior to that, they served in various executive capacities at Security Capital Group, including CFO. Paul has also contributed as Managing Director at SCGroup, Inc. and was involved in strategic development at several organizations, including Biltmore Farms, LLC. They earned a B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
