Phillip Hall has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Phillip started their career at Comcast in 2009 as a Customer Account Executive, where they provided technical support to end users and mentored team members. Phillip then took on the role of Field Traffic Controller, streamlining service request prioritization and leading daily meetings to integrate new processes and service support techniques. In 2019, Phillip became a Universal Fulfillment Coordinator, overseeing a remote team of cross-functional field technicians and ensuring project success. Throughout their roles, they demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
