Rich Hand

Rich Hand is a seasoned professional in technology solutions, currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering at Flexential since August 2017. In this role, Rich oversees teams that assist clients in achieving their business and technical objectives related to hybrid cloud, platform, and infrastructure needs. Prior to this, Rich held positions as a Sales Engineering Manager at both Flexential and ViaWest, managing sales engineering teams and collaborating with regional sales directors across various regions in the United States. Rich's earlier experience includes roles as Sales Engineering/Operations Manager and Senior Cloud Architect at INetU, as well as Systems Engineer at NCS and Systems Architect/Technician at TCS. Rich's educational background includes studies at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
