Richard Barr

Incident Response Analyst at Flexential

Richard Barr began their work experience in 2011 as a Support Tech at IBM, where they created tickets for resolver groups and provided support for client tickets. Richard then joined Front Range Community College as a student in 2013. In 2017, Richard joined Flexential as a Technical Assistance Associate and later became an Incident Response Analyst. Currently, Richard is employed at Veeam Software as a Junior Customer Support Engineer since 2022.

Richard Barr attended Front Range Community College from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science. Following this, they pursued additional certifications in Information Technology, specifically A+ and N+ certifications, at TechSkills of Denver. Richard Barr also earned CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ certifications from the respective institutions in September 2009 and June 2009.
