Thomas Bailey

Thomas Bailey currently serves as the VP of Energy at Flexential, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Thomas has extensive experience in economic development, holding significant roles at Xcel Energy as Senior Director of Corporate Economic Development and AVP of Commercial & Industrial Solutions since January 2021. Thomas's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Economic Development at Vectren from April 2010 to February 2019, where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial budgets, leading contract negotiations to secure major investments, and facilitating economic growth initiatives across Indiana and Ohio. Thomas's educational background includes an MBA from Murray State University, as well as studies at Wabash College and Mays Business School - Texas A&M University.
