Tony Harper

Tony Harper has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the customer success, operations, and marketing fields. Tony currently serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Success Operations at Flexential since January 2020. Previously, Tony held positions at INAP where they were the Senior Director of Customer Success from May 2018 to January 2020, and the Director of Customer Success from May 2017 to April 2018. Tony also served as the Director of Customer Experience from September 2014 to May 2017, and the Sr. Manager of Customer Operations from February 2009 to September 2014. At Avaya, Tony was a Product Marketing Manager from June 2005 to May 2008. Tony also had a summer internship with Avaya, Inc. in 2004 as a Sales Support Summer Associate. Tony's earlier experience includes roles at Hexcel as a Business/Forecast Analyst from September 1998 to July 2003, and as a QA Engineer/Lab Supervisor from January 2000 to September 2001. Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated leadership and expertise in driving customer satisfaction, leading teams, implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and developing marketing strategies.

Tony Harper obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, attending from 1992 to 1998. Tony pursued further education by attending the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Operations.
