Alex Ewert

Alex Ewert is a seasoned professional in corporate development and investment banking, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Development at Flexera since March 2025. Prior to this role, Alex was a Senior Analyst in Strategy and Corporate Development at Paylocity from August 2021 to February 2025 and gained valuable experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies from July 2019 to June 2021. Alex's expertise includes M&A and capital advisory, demonstrated through contributions to six mandates and the preparation of marketing materials for various engagements during a summer analyst position at Financial Technology Partners in 2018.
