Ginny McNulty

Ginny McNulty is an outcome-driven project leader and change agent with over a decade of experience in facilitation and more than six years dedicated to helping teams reach their highest potential. They served as a Program Facilitator at Girls Incorporated, a Community Health Extension Officer with the Peace Corps, and have held several impactful roles at Xero, including Product Practice Evangelist and Agile Delivery Coach. In 2022, they founded the North American chapter of the Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group, fostering an environment where everyone is valued and supported. Ginny's expertise spans project management, coaching, and leadership development, underpinned by multiple professional certifications. They hold a BA in Peace and Global Studies from Earlham College.
