Lori Levenson

Lori Levenson is an accomplished professional in FinOps and IT Asset Management with extensive experience in customer success and solution engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Flexera since April 2018, Lori leads a team focused on enhancing customer adoption and value realization post-implementation. Previously, Lori held various leadership roles in solution engineering, including Director and Senior Manager, where initiatives led to significant sales growth. Prior experience at Marsh McLennan as the Global Head of IT Asset Management involved managing over 185,000 assets and fostering partnerships with major vendors to improve service delivery. Lori holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hunter College, an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Rockland Community College, and a Master's Certification in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
