Michael Burke has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Michael started their career at IBM as a Software Developer during their Industrial Placement year. After that, they worked at Amadeus as a Senior Analyst Programmer for four years. In 2000, they joined Productivity Through Software, where they worked in software support and development for four years. In 2011, they became a Technical Support Manager at Flexera, overseeing a global team of 34 staff. Michael was later promoted to Senior Technical Support Manager, managing the EMEA Technical Support team across multiple product solution areas. As of July 2017, they are currently serving as the Director Technical Support at Flexera, leading a team that provides 24x5 support for thousands of customers worldwide.

Michael Burke attended Liverpool John Moores University from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Computer Studies.
