Michelle Benko

Michelle Benko, MBA has an extensive work experience in various roles related to communications, marketing, and strategic planning. Michelle started their career at Information Resources as a Marketing Manager, where they provided marketing support and created thought-leadership studies. Michelle then joined CDK Global, where they held several director-level positions. As the Director of Marketing Programs, they managed a team and was responsible for the communication and integration of acquired companies. Michelle also led the communication efforts for CDK Global's spinoff into a new publicly-traded company, including global rebranding and customer and employee communications. In their role as the Director of Internal Communications, they built the company's first internal communications department and formulated a comprehensive communication strategy. Currently, Michelle is working at Flexera as the Sr. Director of Employee Communications & Engagement, where they are responsible for driving employee engagement and overseeing employee communications initiatives.

Michelle Benko, MBA received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Marketing from DePaul University in 2006. Prior to that, they attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1996 to 2000, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
