Mikhail Kouznetsov

Mike Kouznetsov has over 29 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mikhail (Mike) is currently working as the VP of Cloud Products at Flexera since 2022. Prior to that, they spent 15 years at Densify, where they worked as the VP of Product Strategy, shaping product direction and translating strategic executive vision into usable software products for optimizing container, public cloud, and VMware environments. Before Densify, they served as a Senior Manager of Service Delivery at CIBC in 2006 and as a Senior Technical Analyst at ACI Worldwide from 1998 to 2006. Mikhail (Mike) also worked as a Systems Analyst at Tandem Computers from 1996 to 1998 and as a Systems Assistant at Mary Kay Global from 1995 to 1996. Additionally, they started their career as a Junior Software Developer at IPI RAN (Russian Academy of Science) in 1993.

Mikhail (Mike) Kouznetsov completed their education with a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics at Hope College from 1994 to 1995. Prior to that, they pursued an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1990 to 1996. In addition, they obtained a certification as a FinOps Certified Practitioner from the FinOps Foundation in January 2023.
