Patrick Gartlan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as VP of Product at Flexera since January 2025, Gartlan also contributes as a Governing Board Member at the FinOps Foundation. Previous roles include General Manager of FinOps at NetApp from January 2020 to January 2025, where Gartlan oversaw the acquisition of NetApp's Spot FinOps portfolio. Prior to this, Gartlan was the General Manager at EcoSpot.io and the Founder & CEO of StratCloud, both of which were acquired by NetApp and Spot.io respectively.
