Steve Schmidt

Steve Schmidt has had a notable career in product management and corporate development. Steve began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Systems Analyst from 1991 to 1997. In 1998, they joined InstallShield as a Director of Product Management, a position they held until 2004 when they transitioned to Macrovision as a VP of Product Management. At Macrovision, they worked from 2004 to 2008 before moving to Flexera. At Flexera, Steve held various positions, including VP of Product Management from 2008 to 2010, VP of Corporate Development from 2010 to 2021, and eventually, VP of Product Management starting in February 2021.

Steve Schmidt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in the years 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and General Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management during 1997 to 1998.
