Swati Das has extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Swati is currently working at Flexera as a Team Lead, overseeing data and analytics projects. Prior to this role, Swati worked as a Senior Data Engineer at Flexera and as a Business Intelligence Developer at the same company.

Before joining Flexera, Swati worked at Capgemini as an Associate Consultant, where they were responsible for gathering requirements, providing estimates, and designing SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Swati also worked as a Senior Analyst at Capgemini, where they provided ETL and reporting solutions using tools like SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI. Additionally, Swati worked as an Analyst/Software Engineer at Capgemini, where they implemented data warehousing systems for a French multinational client.

Swati Das completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology Sciences from 2012 to 2016. Swati also obtained a certification in "Exam 778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI" from Microsoft in 2019.
