Tim Boudreau

Tim Boudreau is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic alliances, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Flexera since March 2015. Tim leads initiatives in market opportunity assessment for mergers and acquisitions, successfully identifying and closing four acquisitions that contributed over $20 million in proforma EBITDA. Previously, as Vice President of Global Strategic Alliances, Tim cultivated key partnerships with major industry players like Microsoft and Deloitte. Tim's career at Flexera began with the establishment of the Strategic Alliance team in 2009, following a background in enterprise sales roles at Acresso Software, Macrovision, and InstallShield Software Corporation. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Psychology from the University of Iowa.
