Troy Donovan

Troy Donovan is an experienced technical communicator currently serving as the Lead Technical Communicator at Flexera since January 2024. Prior to this role, Troy held various positions at Snow Software, including Documentation Technical Lead and Senior Technical Writer from December 2019 to December 2023. Troy's career also includes significant experience at Embotics Corporation, Solace, Ericsson, Nortel Networks, and Corel Corporation, where various roles focused on technical writing and documentation. Troy holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of New Brunswick.
