Vas Mintzikos

Vas Mintzikos has extensive work experience in technical support and customer support roles. Vas is currently working at Flexera as a Technical Support Team Lead since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Alex Solutions as a Customer Support Manager from October 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Alex Solutions, they worked at Fresche Solutions as a Training and Support Manager from November 2014 to October 2020. Prior to that, they held the positions of Services and Support Manager and Support Manager at looksoftware from March 2011 to October 2014 and from August 2000 to February 2011, respectively. Vas Mintzikos started their career at QPC (Callscan Australia) as a Technical Product Manager and worked there until 2000.

Vas Mintzikos holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Computing (Honours) from Monash University. Vas also obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate v3 from EXIN.
