Vinci Lam serves as the Engagement and Inclusion Lead at Flexera since March 2022, having previously held the role of Organizational Development Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Vinci worked as a Primary Teacher at Gorse Covert Primary School from October 2020 to October 2021, where effective management of teaching assistants supported 30 students, and strong analytical skills using MS Excel led to improved KS1 assessment results. Vinci's earlier experience includes positions at Kelly's Chinese Restaurant as a Waitress, Primark as a Shop Assistant, and The Jungle Indoor Playcentre as a Playworker. Vinci holds a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education with QTS from the University of Cumbria, earned between 2017 and 2020.
