Daniel Kornitzer

Daniel Kornitzer is a seasoned professional in the fintech and payments industry, currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at EBANX, where focus is on empowering global companies in emerging economies. Since January 2023, Daniel has held dual roles as Strategic Advisor at Zip Co and as a member of the advisory board for Tillo, FlexCharge, Optimus Fintech, and Trice, where contributions span buy now pay later solutions, rewards management, payment optimization, and real-time payment innovations. In addition, Daniel serves on the board of KORT Payments and the Open Finance Network Canada, advocating for omnichannel payments and promoting open banking. Since November 2023, Daniel has been involved with Ballerine, enhancing risk and compliance orchestration. As a mentor with Money20/20's RiseUp & Amplify program, Daniel supports the development of future fintech leaders. Daniel's academic background includes a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University and a Diploma in Network Engineering from the University of Toronto.
