Erica Miele

Erica Miele has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica most recently worked as a Human Resources Generalist at FlexGen since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Recruiter, University Relations at AECOM from November 2018 to February 2022. Erica also worked as a Contract Recruiter at Sunrun from July 2018 to November 2018 and as a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition at Dialyze Direct from March 2018 to July 2018.

Before their roles in the HR field, Erica worked at NRG Home Solar, where they held various positions including HR Business Analyst from August 2016 to June 2017, Recruiting Coordinator from August 2015 to August 2016, and Recruiting Administrator from June 2014 to August 2015.

Prior to their time at NRG Home Solar, Erica worked as a Lock Desk Analyst at Real Estate Mortgage Network from August 2012 to June 2014 and as a Billing Coordinator at Mortgage Management Consulting, Inc. from September 2011 to August 2012.

Erica Miele completed their high school education at Colts Neck High School from 2005 to 2009. Erica then pursued further education at Brookdale Community College from 2009 to 2011, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a major in Political Science.
