Gary Cristini

Gary Cristini serves as the Chief Financial Officer at FlexGen since January 2023, where responsibilities include partnering with the Chief Executive Officer and senior executive team to provide leadership and strategic direction, alongside overseeing various financial functions including Accounting, Tax, and Strategic Planning. Prior to this role, Cristini was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Engineering, Construction, & Maintenance group at Day & Zimmermann from August 2000 to January 2023, contributing to a $1.5 billion division. Earlier experience includes various financial leadership roles at Covance and Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc., allowing for a robust background in financial management and operations. Cristini holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University and completed the Emerging CFO program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
