Justin Mingus

Justin Mingus is a seasoned corporate accountant currently employed at FlexGen since August 2025. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at Powin from September 2022 to August 2025, including Treasury & Shared Services Manager, Acting Accounting Manager, and Corporate Reporting Accountant. Justin's experience also includes working as a Senior Accountant Consultant at Robert Half, and in various accounting roles at Sentral, Sage Hospitality, and Enterprise Holdings. Justin began a career in finance and accounting at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant. Educationally, Justin obtained a Bachelor of Business and Economics from Western Colorado University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Professional Accounting at Eastern Washington University, expected to complete in January 2026.
