Keith Norland has a diverse work experience in various industries. Keith started their career as a Master Electrician at IBEW from 2004 to 2010, where they gained expertise in electrical installation and troubleshooting. Keith then worked as a student at UNLV from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they served as an I&E Director at Clean Harbors in 2012, where they demonstrated high-level technical support and repair of computer-controlled thermal treating equipment. Keith also worked on the installation and maintenance of VFDs and PLCs. Keith then worked as a Consultant at Malevolent Motorsports from 2010 to 2014. Keith joined Cameron, a Schlumberger company, in 2013 as a Field Service Specialist Senior, responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing subsea BOP controls. Keith also communicated job status and schedules with customers. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Subsea MUX Technician at Canyon Offshore Limited, where they installed, troubleshooted, and repaired subsea IRS MUX controls. Keith also maintained logs and documentation on the daily function of IRS systems. Keith then worked as a WCE Compliance Consultant and Green Light Technician at Offshore Technical Compliance LLC from 2018 to 2019. Keith inspected well control equipment, verified certifications, and ensured compliance with regulations. Keith then moved to Lloyd's Register in 2021 as a WCE Compliance Surveyor, inspecting pressure control and barrier equipment for offshore installations. Lastly, Keith worked as an Electronics Technician at Seadrill from 2021 to 2022, ensuring compliance with the company's code of conduct and governing requirements. Now, in 2022, they are currently employed as a Project Field Engineer at FlexGen.

Keith Norland received their high school diploma in science from North East Magnet High School in the years 1991 to 1995. Keith then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 2010 and 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Keith Norland has obtained several certifications. In 2006, they earned a Journeyman Wireman certification from the WEJATC. In 2001, they obtained the Achieve Global Professional Selling Skills/Trainer certification from CNRC/NORU. Keith Norland also holds an OSHA 510/511 certification from OSHA, which was obtained in June 2012. Lastly, they have obtained an OSHA 30 certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in March 2023.
