Shawn Moderow P.E.

Shawn Moderow P.E. has a diverse work experience in project management and environmental permitting. Shawn currently works as a Project Manager at FlexGen since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Plains All American from March 2014 to November 2021, where they served as an Environmental Permitting Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating environmental permitting and compliance for crude oil pipelines and terminals in multiple states. Shawn managed budgets, acted as a liaison between various stakeholders, and oversaw compliance with various environmental regulations. Before Plains All American, Shawn worked at Environeering, Inc from January 2007 to February 2014 as a Project Manager. Shawn managed soil and groundwater investigation and environmental remediation projects in different states and also prepared stormwater and air permits, as well as SPCC plans for crude oil tank batteries and industrial facilities in Texas.

Shawn Moderow P.E. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering at the same institution.
