Tara Jo Sealander

Tara Jo Sealander is the current VP of Business Operations at FlexGen. Tara has over 20 years of experience in sales operations and field support. Tara started their career as an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer at Toyota Logistics Services. From there, they went on to work as the Director of Sales Operations at Palmetto, a clean technology company. Most recently, Tara was the Senior Director of Sales Operations and Field Support at Trinity Solar. In this role, they were responsible for managing the sales operations of Trinity Solar's seven-state dealership network. Tara is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales programs that drive growth and profitability.

Tara Jo Sealander earned a BS in Environmental Studies, Geology and Geography from The George Washington University. Tara then went on to earn an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University in 2004. Tara has also completed Surface Warfare Officer School and has various certifications from LinkedIn in Creating a Culture of Service, Leading a Customer-Centric Culture, Marketing Tools: Social Media, and Microsoft Teams Essential Training.
