Fleur Cozijn

Fleur Cozijn is currently the Team Lead for Verzuim & Re-integratie at Flexhub, focusing on employer roles in absence management after discovering a passion for the field through diverse experiences. Previously, Fleur served as a Verzuimcoördinator and gained experience as a Casemanager at PanterGroep B.V., providing guidance to employees on sick leave. Fleur's background in clinical psychology is supported by a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from the Universiteit van Amsterdam, along with additional qualifications in casemanagement. Prior to these roles, Fleur held various positions in project management and customer care, demonstrating strong leadership and coordination skills.
