John Weaver

John Weaver is currently the Head of Deals and General Counsel at ADvantage, where they leverage their legal expertise to address business challenges for clients. They have held prominent roles as the Chief Executive Officer of Twenty Two and Director at Flexia since 2021 and 2023, respectively. Previously, John was a Partner at Stansbury Weaver Ltd. and Principal at John Weaver, Attorney at Law LLC. They are also involved as a Mentor at the leAD Sports & Health Tech Academy and the USC Incubator, supporting early-stage ventures. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from The Ohio State University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Michigan Law School.
