Sonal Sinha

Sonal Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Sonal started their career as a Business Development Executive at Matrix Cellular in 2009, where they conducted market research and prepared marketing plans. Sonal then worked at TimesJobs as an Assistant Manager of Retention from 2010 to 2012, generating revenue by selling different solution options and managing key accounts.

In 2013, Sonal joined Wyatt Communications as a Manager of Client Servicing. Sonal was responsible for client management and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2014, they joined Knowlarity Communications as a Sr. Manager of the International Business Unit, where they managed and developed strategic partnerships in the APAC region.

Since 2018, Sonal has been working at FlexiBees. Sonal started as a Business Development Consultant and later became the Manager of Business Development. In their current role as the Business Development Team Lead, they are responsible for managing renewals, providing feedback on potential offer improvements, supporting clients, and mentoring the business development team.

Throughout their career, Sonal has demonstrated strong skills in sales, client management, and business development. Sonal has experience in various industries, including telecommunications, job portals, and HR services.

Sonal Sinha completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Banking and Finance from Pune University, Modern College during the years 2003 to 2006. Sonal then pursued their MBA in Marketing and Finance from IIPM between 2007 and 2009.
