Romina d'Amato is currently the CHRO at flexibility since March 2020. Prior to that, Romina worked as an HR Consultant at Free Lance from April 2018 to February 2020. Their experience includes being an Ayudante de cátedra - Administración de Personal II - Compensaciones & Beneficios at Universidad de Buenos Aires from March 2014 to November 2018, and Talent Development Head at Techint Group from October 2010 to April 2018. Romina also held roles as a Talent Acquisition Analyst and Talent Development Analyst at Techint Group. Romina holds a degree in Licienciatura in Relaciones del Trabajo from University of Buenos Aires, and a Programa Ejecutivo Fintech & Digital Banking degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
