Ray Cottrell

Ray Cottrell is an experienced business development and sales executive with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Cottrell held the position of Medical Business Development Manager at Plexus from 2001 to 2003 and again at Delphi from 2003 to 2005. Cottrell served as VP of Sales and Marketing at Degree Controls Inc. from June 2005 to April 2009, followed by a tenure as VP of Sales and Marketing and Investor at Flexible Circuit Technologies Inc., beginning September 2024. Additionally, Cottrell was the VP of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Business Development at East West Manufacturing, managing global revenue and sales strategies from April 2009 to September 2020. Cottrell’s early career included roles such as Sales Executive at Mocon and General Manager at Intertek Testing Services. Cottrell earned a BBA from Mount Mercy University and pursued further education at UCLA Extension Corporate Education & Custom Programs.
