Flexible Contracting Services was originally esdtablished as Forest Contracting Services (Tas) Pty Ltd in 1994 specifically as a vehicle to enable self employed “contractors” of major corporations to continue working for them, but in an arms length relationship as genuine contractors.
  
This was necessary as at least one major corporation had introduced a “no A.C.N. no contract” rule in relation to contract labour for insurance and liability reasons.
  
From this very specific purpose FCS has grown and now provides services to a diverse clientele with the skillset of our employees covering a broad spectrum.  Greater detail will be found on the Expertise page of our website.
  
Our client base includes organisations from all levels of Government including GBE’s and private enterprise from small business to multinational companies.
  
We have undertaken a number of projects in other states and overseas.
