Recruitment is expensive, especially if you get it wrong.

If you need to work with a recruiter, here’s what you should expect to receive as a minimum:

🔹Spending hours getting to know you, the details count.

🔹Get to know what you look for in an external partner, how they can best help you and align all stakeholders within the process.

🔹Able to assess your hiring & onboarding process and offer feedback on your current recruitment strategy.

🔹They discuss your EVP, culture, values and how best to represent you out in the market.

🔹They give you real time talent pool data & competitor analysis.

🔹Able to review, define, advise on role requirements, job descriptions and interview process.

🔹Set a pre-screen baseline that works for you and enables quick decisions and turnaround.

🔹Build out marketing collateral and a recruitment specific toolkit to attract the best candidates.

🔹Engage candidates, leaving them not only interested and feeling excited about potentially meeting you, but fully revved up and wanting to work for you.

🔹They can prepare all candidates & set a clear communication strategy before, during and after the hiring & onboarding process.

🔹Help with any retention and feedback issues during the probationary period.

🔹 They do all this on time and within budget, whatever it takes.

If you don’t receive the above as standard, we’d love the opportunity to discuss your current and future hiring needs.
