Flexible Working Scotland is a community of over 24,000 people supporting individuals and employers to work flexibly, across Scotland. Founded by Lynn Houmdi, Scotland's Flex Influencer, we run Scotland's Flex First jobs board.

We believe work shouldn't be balanced up against life, it's part of life. Work needs to work with and around all the other commitments and enjoyment of life. Work that works is good for individuals, good for families, good for business and good for the economy.

For individuals: we offer a supportive community to find flexible work, share experience, and connect with others creating a (work)life blend that works.

For employers: practical support and a growing pool of talent seeking flexible, fair work. Job vacancies should #StateTheFlex and #ShowTheSalary.
