Koshal Rathore

Koshal Rathore has a diverse work experience in the field of yoga instruction. They started their career as a personal trainer in 2017, specializing in yoga instruction. From 2020 to 2021, Koshal worked as a yoga teacher at Jindal Naturecure Institute and as an online yoga instructor at cure.fit. In 2021, they joined Arogyam Ayurveda as a yoga teacher and Yogamu, LLC. as an online yoga instructor. Currently, Koshal is employed at FlexifyMe, initially as a yoga instructor and later promoted to the position of Head of Department.

Koshal Rathore completed their Master's degree in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, they also obtained a certification from Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy.
