They have held roles such as Collections Manager at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, where they specialized in process set up and result orientation, and have been the Zonal Head of Collection for North India in a prominent fintech company focusing on education loans. Jha has also served as Associate Director of Collection at Propelld and Cluster Collection Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, managing extensive teams across multiple branches.
