Jill Bates

Jill Bates is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Fleximize since July 2019. With a diverse background, Jill previously held various HR roles at Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils from June 2006 to July 2019, including HR Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing the introduction of a Corporate Staff Survey process. Earlier in Jill's career, a significant tenure at Ipswich Borough Council from June 1986 to June 2006 featured roles such as Leisure Support Services Manager and Finance Officer. Jill holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from UEA and has pursued additional leadership and management qualifications through the Institute of Leadership & Management.
