Botond Visnyei

Botond Visnyei has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Botond started their career as a Cameraman and Stage Assistant at Tofilm Stúdió in 2010. Botond then worked as a Bartender at Corvinus Pub from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they served as a Campaign Photographer for the Hungarian People's Party of Transylvania. From 2006 to 2013, Botond worked as a Freelance Photographer, Cameraman, and Image and Video Editor, focusing on short films, stock photography, event filming, and event photography.

In 2011, Botond joined Krónika Hungarian Daily Newspaper as an Image Editor and Photographer, where they worked effectively both as a team member and independently, and maintained communication with department heads. Botond moved on to Testronic in 2013, where they were a Localisation QA Games Tester, responsible for testing software across gaming platforms and reporting defects.

In 2014, Botond joined CeX Webuy.com, where they worked as a Sales Assistant and Tester. Botond traded digital stock with customers, tested mobile phones and other digital equipment, and gained exposure to new technologies, software, and gadgets. In the same year, they also joined Flexion Mobile Plc, initially as a Junior Quality Assurance Tester, then progressing to the role of Quality Assurance Tester, Lead QA Engineer, and currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance.

Throughout their career, Botond has consistently demonstrated their strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and dedication to delivering high-quality work. Botond has continuously sought to improve their knowledge and skills in testing procedures and related equipment.

Botond Visnyei attended the Bartok Bela Lyceum from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Botond then pursued further education at the Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania from 2006 to 2010, focusing on Film, Photography, and Media.

In addition to their formal education, Botond Visnyei has obtained several certifications. These include the BCS Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, the ISTQB - BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, and the Situational Leadership® II from The Ken Blanchard Companies.
