Rick Giese is an accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of experience in developing customized technology solutions to align organizations with their strategic goals. Currently serving as Vice President of Advising Services at Flexion Inc., they are responsible for creating an Early IT Career Apprenticeship program and leading the Information and Cybersecurity program. Previously, Rick held key roles such as Chief Systems Development Officer at Great Lakes Higher Education Corporation and IT Director at Nelnet Diversified Solutions, where they managed large teams and spearheaded significant technology initiatives. Rick earned an MBA from Edgewood College and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
