As the Founder and CEO of Flexisource IT Pty Ltd since December 2011, Richard Gross has built a brand that emphasizes sustainable partnerships and cost-efficient IT solutions, aiming to be a trusted partner for clients in advancing their businesses through technology. In March 2023, Richard Gross launched Flexi Digital Marketing, a subsidiary of Flexisource IT, to offer affordable digital marketing services to businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to these ventures, Richard Gross served as Director at Foremost Capital International Ltd. from 2001 to 2011, and as Funds Manager at Etoile Capital from 1997 to 2001.
