Nicholas Burrell

Nicholas Burrell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and optimization. Currently serving as the Manager of Optimization at Flexiti since March 2022, Nicholas has successfully identified $8.5MM in efficiencies and leads key initiatives such as the Optimization Program and CCaaS implementation, while managing a $20MM annual budget. Previously, Nicholas held various roles at TD from April 2001 to March 2021, where responsibilities ranged from managing customer service teams to overseeing strategic support for resource teams, contributing significantly to process improvements and customer experience enhancements. Prior to this, Nicholas co-founded an e-commerce business, demonstrating entrepreneurial acumen in building online presence and product development. Nicholas's educational background includes studies at Fanshawe College from 1994 to 1996.
